What you'll be doing Liaise with Real Estate Registration Offices to notarize and register dates on company and branch contracts and legal documents.Obtain and renew commercial shop licenses and coordinate with government authorities in accordance with local laws and regulations.Prepare and finalize general and special powers of attorney on behalf of management or owners, as required.Add newly established branches to the Commercial Register and complete all related official procedures.Handle the closure of shops and branches upon business termination and complete all required formalities.Renew the Commercial Registration for four companies every three months, ensuring all information reflects the latest updates.Complete licensing procedures for vehicles assigned to Chalhoub Group warehouses and follow up on their periodic renewals.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all required documentation is completed for any governmental or legal process.Maintain and archive all legal documents related to licenses and powers of attorney in a secure and well-organized manner.Monitor and follow up on any updates or changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations.Perform any additional duties related to the company as assigned by management.What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Specific Responsibilities Would Include Centric Brands Job Description for Egypt QA/Merchandiser (Hybrid) - Primary Responsibilities: Quality Assurance function in Kenya- Coordination of Fit, PP approval, PP meeting. - Conduct Inline inspections, Final inspections.- Follow up on Production WIP and report any challenges communicate to Asia Leads/NA Leads.- Communicate inspection results for each production order with Head office - Conduct full packaging inspection of components, execution, and stickers - Preparation and communication of daily quality inspection.- WIP maintenance and Tracking- Any Licensor/Customer QA w/Factories inclusive of packing instructions- Factory Audits and Corrective Action Plan - Tracking of Color, Bulk Fabric & Trim Approval - Samples & Special Req's- PD and Design- QA w/Factories inclusive of packing instructions- Report Review and support in problem resolution- Compliance. On-boarding and Corrective Action- Collaborator of Vendor Allocation and Sourcing Strategy - Checking and sending official PO to factory & update delivery date on SAP. - Coordinate with sales for the QTY/Delivery/direct shipment order Booking issue on HFC/CPO/PO Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have - Proven working experience in quality assurance / textile field- Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for garment / textile- Up to date with the latest QA /QC and best practices- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous- Bachelor's Degree in Textile or related field- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel #LI-HR1

What you'll be doing Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Include but not limited to At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Wide knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Wet Processing and Laundry Services. Experienced in initiating and engaging internal communication with various departments across different locations. Experienced in connecting and driving the external stakeholders (e.g. vendors) to achieve determined goals. Demonstrated experience in proposing cost reduction ideas to internal stakeholders/customers for their satisfaction and trustful work relationship with them. Able to convert ideas and data into feasible action plans. Proficient level of English in both speaking and writing.
