Working as a Store Supervisor you are responsible for driving the store business, building a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, managing the team and ensuring full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes. Key Responsibilities Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Manage the customer database to build strong relationship with customers and create future potential selling opportunities Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevant stakeholders in the back-office team. Think hybrid by leveraging all type of point of sales online and offline. Team Leadership and Development Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store’s vision and key directions Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness and be the voice of the employees when needed by sharing any of their feedback, challenges and concerns with the leadership and HR teams. Act as a coach for the team members and promote growth mindset by leveraging the Group’s available learning tools and platforms an constantly monitor the team’s development plans and professional growth. Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented in a transparent manner. Customer Experience Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team by constantly promoting the different touchpoints of the customer experience (physical and digital), the clienteling approach and techniques with a focus on VIPs, leveraging customer data to proactively catering to their needs and preferences, the brand’s ecommerce business including different activities, offerings, activations, etc. Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers by providing them with an excellent experience and constantly networking with them Operational Excellence Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store. Ensure e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within the set SLAs in terms of time and quality and no fulfillment action is pending in the store. Leverage available technology tools when available to support customer experience in and outside of store (Clienteling app, OMS, Business Whatsapp, etc.) and ensure the team is well versed with it or overwise trained on it. Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to organising displays as per the brand’s VM guidelines. Ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail store operations and HR guidelines, work closely with relevant teams to constantly improve them and escalate any issues or concerns for prompt action. Quality & Operational Management Ensure adoption and compliance with Stores’ Operating Policies and Procedures across all operational areas, including: Stock handling Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation HSSE standards Premises management Conduct regular store visits and complete standardized checklists to ensure compliance. Drive and elevate the adoption of Omnichannel and CX processes in stores, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of e-commerce orders and delivering a seamless customer experience. Monitor stock availability and out-of-stock levels to improve store stock accuracy ratios and meet customer demand. Ensure end-of-day closings, including cash reconciliation, are performed accurately and that discrepancies are reported to Accounts in a timely manner. Provide first-line operational support to front-liners and ensure incidents or requests are resolved by the support functions within agreed SLAs. What you'll be doing The Sales Associate is responsible for Strengthening brand exposure in point of sale, consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards, Improving brand knowledge and sales techniques, Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and achieving his/her individual targets and contributing to the achievement of the store targets. Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome Comply with all company policies & procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety are adhered to Be responsible to update product knowledge on an on going basis in coordination with the Department/ Boutique or Floor Manager. Monitor and report sales results. Control of client stock assortment. Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental/store goals. Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player. Mentor new Sales Associate if required by leading with an example. Be courteous, considerate & gracious in all the dealings with customers, suppliers & associates. Record and maintain all customer information and preferences. Follow grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook. Be proactive and creative by increasing sales thru cross-selling across the store. What you'll be doing Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming. Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs an meeting or surpassing customers expectations Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make up knowledge Sell-out target tracking at store level Generate daily sales reports Participate in achieving incentives Track post-launch sales at store level Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times Report stock shortages using the stock order form Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
