What you'll be doing CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES Ensure that the customer expectations are satisfied and keep the service quality at a high level physically and digitally. Follow up MAC service guidelines and standards at all times. Perform professional and appropriate applications, demos to achieve the customer desires. What you'll be doing Provide first-line support to stores on all operational processes. Lead or support key projects (store launches, renovations, pop-ups, staff sales, etc.). Monitor compliance with SOPs, conduct operational audits, and recommend corrective actions. Use analytics and reporting to drive improvements in KPIs (incident management, shrinkage, discount policies, etc.). Drive and elevate the adoption of Omnichannel and CX processes in stores, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of e-commerce orders and delivering a seamless customer experience. Monitor stock availability and out-of-stock levels to improve store stock accuracy ratios and meet customer demand. Job Posting: ABOUT YOUR ROLE: Responsible Fabric purchase & Development activities for Kontoor Brand Inc. with Mills in Africa region. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Include but not limited to Manage new Mill on boarding process ,Source and evaluate the new mills in the region from quality and costing perspective. Work closely with Fabric Team in Hong Kong and Design Team in the US for fabric development, follow up the resources and ensure approvals of samples are obtained on time. Coordinate the sampling process with Mills, garment maker and KB Development Center to ensure deliver right quality on time against the established calendar for each business unit. Get quotation / cutting / hanger for all approved items and updated fabric status chart in daily. Monitor development and bulk fabric testing status to ensure quality standard in being fulfilled. Deal with mills in case of any failure in testing and make necessary alert to souring team. Ensure fabrics are covered and production is scheduled as planned, and reserve the mill production capacity if necessary. Prepare reports for review on development status, testing status, production status, etc. Review the garment style with production team to avoid styling problem. Work closely with manager in costing, price negotiation and price comparison of different sources options. Need work close with planning team to place pre-book fabric order for early delivery or longer lead-time fabric to mill. Co-ordinate with QC on quality related matter to ensure quality meets specifications. Ensure bulk on time delivery from fabric vendors & mange the smooth execution of bulk. Manage and co-ordinate the report in the region that related to on time performance, quality and sustainable report. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Include but not limited to *Only local candidates based in Egypt will be considered for this role.
